A trade office desk with sample cartons, a closed laptop, and a person looking out onto an Indian street

The Pharma Partners Private Limited does not sell any pharmaceutical product. We do not stock medicines, and we do not take orders for packs, APIs, or brands. We introduce pharmaceutical businesses to a plant, a buyer, or a distributor, and we do the dull work of keeping that introduction alive after the first polite call.

We are not a factory. We do not hold product permissions in our own name, and we do not sit inside the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation deciding who is approved. If a line on a slide ever suggests otherwise, ignore the slide and trust this page.

The gap we work in is ordinary. A marketer has a brand and no free capacity. A WHO-GMP plant two states away has a tablet line that runs three days a week. An API supplier is sitting on a molecule three people have asked for since January. A stockist wants a range, not one hero product and a promise. None of these people lack phone numbers. They lack someone who will check the facts and write them down.

What a week here actually looks like

A company writes in with a product list or a single sentence. We ask what they already hold: the manufacturing licence, the dosage forms, the territories they will not enter, and the date they need a commercial batch. Then we look through the manufacturers, suppliers, marketers, and channel partners we speak with. If there is a fit, the introduction goes out with a short brief. “Please connect” is not a brief.

After that the work turns dull, which is when it starts to matter. A quotation that needs a reply by Thursday. A GMP certificate that expired in March and is still being waved around as current. A credit period that was “around a month” in conversation and 45 days in the other person’s notes. A second plant, because the first one cannot fill liquids. Directories stop before this part. This part is the job.

The same desk covers a wider brief when a company needs it. Some weeks it is a partnership. Some weeks it is sourcing, a CMO or CDMO, or a third-party manufacturing arrangement. Other weeks the hold-up is compliance paperwork, a registration file, a distributor, an export buyer, or simply getting the product seen. One company rarely needs all of that in the same month. Most need two things, and they need them in the right order.

Who should write, and who should not

Formulation companies looking for a marketing partner. Marketing companies looking for a plant. API and bulk-drug suppliers looking for formulation customers. Distributors and exporters who want a range they can defend in a territory. We are useful when you already know your dosage form and your market, and you are stuck on the partner.

We are a poor fit if you want a rented list of mobile numbers and no follow-up, or a promise that a regulator will clear a file by a date nobody controls. We will say no in the first reply. That is cheaper than a fortnight of warm messages that go nowhere.

How to start

Email info@thepharmapartners.com or call +91 95056 51342. Say what you make, which market you are aiming at, and what has to be true by when. If we can help, you will get a straight next step. If we cannot, you will hear that too.
